ISSAMWERA

 BRANDING 

This album cover was created for the Icelandic @Issamweraband playing African Latin and Jazz rythms.

 

Following the look and style of their logo and inspired by their location, instruments and band members, we decided to start off with a hand-drawn illustration, which we later digitized and coloured in using Photoshop to create the final album.

As designers do, we had a few additional options for @Issamweraband. Created digitally, these were more abstract and focused on the Mozambican band member 'Monace' as well as a few of the instruments.
